Some good news as well: Hoose is temporarily back to play Warped Tour with us. We're still actively looking for asecond guitarist to fill his shoes. So far, so good!

Hoose News; Waiting on Warped

We've previously mentioned that TLB will be making some changes in the coming year.

Hoose, our long-time buddy and guitarist, made his final performance with the band on the 19th. He and his family will be relocating to New Mexico to seek greener pastures, so to speak.

That said, Hoose's departure from the band is on amicable terms. No one is angry with anyone about the situation; guess that's just the way the cookie crumbles, lol. Ya gotta do what ya gotta do. We wish him, Chelle, and Cam the best of luck in the future.

Don't take all of this as discouraging news!! We, the remaining four (Chris, Rob O., Andy, and Edda), will keep moving on and playing more shows. The next one is, as always, highlighted on the sidebar to the right. :) Come to the show and get your TLB "Burn The Summer" CDs and t-shirts on special for only $5! :D

We're still waiting on Warped Tour news! Cross your fingers and pray for us!

Bad Juju... but forge ahead!

Some bad news, but nothing that heavily bums us out. We got a phone call from Live Nation yesterday telling us that the Young Love show at the Shelter has been canceled.

Unfortunately, the situation is out of our hands. :-(

That said, everyone who has already purchased their tickets for said show will get their money back in full, and will also need to turn their tickets back in to us.

For the good news, our contact at Live Nation has promised to push for us to get into Warped Tour this year, so definitely cross your fingers andpray for us!

We'll fill you in on more news as the situation unfolds, but please, if we haven't already contacted you about turning your tickets back in, get a hold of us.

Meanwhile, we journey on (lol). Our next gig is at Feel-Good Fiesta II in Lincoln Park. It'll only be $3 and all proceeds will benefit the Breast Cancer Foundatio. It'll be at Mike Pawson's house... we'll post the address on the Tours page as soon as we get it. Hope to see everyone there!

Mmm... yummy.

SO! After much delay, we're finally putting up the dot.com. We've had to make a couple of changes to make everyone happy, but we've finally done it, and we couldn't be happier.

A few heartfelt obligatory thank-yous: Thanks to Ange for setting up the show at Zaydee's. It was a very cool experience! Thanks, Cait, for the free drinks. Hehe... we love free stuff. Thank you so much to the people at Hot Topic Fairlane for letting us use your space for our own shameless purposes, lol. We love you and hope to see you again soon!

Next up, we're headed to TOLEDO!!! We're going to be at Franklin Park Mall, doing yet another Hot Topic acoustic show on Thursday the 28th!! After that, we'll be at the Shelter with YOUNG LOVE! We've been discussing that he kinda looks like Michael Cera...

Update! Update! Update!

Couple of changes here!

The site is finally ready to go ONLINE! *nail-biting excitement!!!*

The dot.com has come a long way from our old layout. Too bad we didn't keep a snapshot record of it.... The old site was Robo's pet project, and this time I (Edda) have taken it upon myself to take a web design class and learn me some Dreamweaver skillz. lol. I hope it's paid off...

Some quick notes about the redesign: The orange sidebar to ze right >>checkit!>> is gonna be a quick way for the band to update the site on upcoming shows. Show details will be displayed on the TOUR page, which is linked up top ^^^!

The OMG! IT'S TLB! page is especially created for our street team. Make sure you guys check that out and sign up! A forum may be in the works...

Let's see... that's about it! Everything else is pretty self-explanatory.

NEW CD, NEW PAGE, NEW BLOG, NEW NEWS, NEW EVERYTHING!!!!!

So, we have a show coming.....A BIG ONE. So far, It's US, Passenger's Point of view, Novellant View, and The Cameo In, with others to be announced.

Oh, did we mention....

IT'S OUR CD RELEASE SHOW!!!!!

You gotta be there!!! We're releasing our brand new full length album BURN THE SUMMER!!!!! We will be selling the sucker for 10 Bucks!!!!!!....Did someone say PRE-SALE? We will know more later this week.....FO-SHO!!!

doors are at 7pm,

Immediately following the show, we are throing a MAJOR party. repeat: MAJOR....PARTY.

Speaking of which.....NEW SONG COMING SOON!!!! Keep a look out, but we'll be letting ya know when you can listen to it. We have some pretty awesome surprises in store (we think so) and can't wait to let it all out!!!!!

WE HAVE A SPECIAL SHOW COMING UP AT HOT TOPIC!!!!!

That's right, Hot topic! For this one, we''ll be hitting our roots. Grass roots that is, and playing a full set at hot topic....ACOUSTIC!!!

We will be having a ton of new merchandise, including stickers, key chains, (THE NEW CD), magnets, (THE NEW CD), posters, (THE NEW CD), buttons,lighters, (THE NEW CD) and some brand new shirts we will be debuting at the show, as well as at least one or two HOT TOP EXCLUSIVES........hmmmm.......

The Hot Topic show In March, Friday the 13th Set starts at 7pm

We will be hanging out, talking showing off the new album, probably spending our paychecks on sweet shit, and most definitely playing a ton of songs.
